چکیده
ABSTRACT Introduction Specific training with vibration can show short- and long-term effects on neuromuscular capacity. This method gives muscles a frequent stimulus amplitude variation promote muscle strength, explosive power, coordination, balance training. Objective paper compares the of strength small groups in lower limbs athletes. Methods 24 young people were randomly assigned to low- high-frequency group. Both used traditional addition 30 40Hz vibrational Training load intensity between 70% maximal lasting 60 minutes was repeated 3 weekly sessions for eight weeks. Functional tests recorded before after experiment, their results statistically analyzed. Results The peak torque hip two athletes increased significantly (P<0.05). In athletes, extensor by 15.3% flexor 18.2%; low-frequency group, there an increase 10.3%, representing very significant difference (P<0.01). Conclusion Additional stimulation resistance effectively improve With relatively load, this muscular endurance. Evidence level II; Therapeutic Studies - Investigating results.

Peripheral muscle dysfunction in COPD: lower limbs versus upper limbs.
In patients with COPD, the degree of functional impairment appears to differ between the upper and lower limbs. Significant dyspnea and fatigue have been reported by these patients when performing tasks with unsupported upper limbs and two mechanisms have been proposed to explain this fact: neuromechanical dysfunction of respiratory muscles; and changes in lung volume during such activities. Th...
متن کاملMuscle strength and muscle training after stroke.
For many individuals who have experienced a stroke, muscle weakness is the most prominent impairment. Both the theoretical and statistical relationships between muscle weakness and performance at functional activities suggest that weakness may be an appropriate target for therapeutic interventions. Researchers investigating the outcomes of strengthening regimens after stroke have routinely show...
متن کاملThe Effect of Training on Communication Skills of Nurses with Child through Small Groups Discussion
Background: Communication is the key role in the nursing profession. Nurse-patient communication is highly important especially when the patient is a child. Studies indicate inappropriate contact with children in the pediatric wards. This study investigated effect of training on communication skills of nurse with child through small group discussion. Methods: This study is a clinical trial wit...
متن کاملRespiratory muscle strength training with nonrespiratory maneuvers.
The diaphragm and abdominal muscles can be recruited during nonrespiratory maneuvers. With these maneuvers, transdiaphragmatic pressures are elevated to levels that could potentially provide a strength-training stimulus. To determine whether repeated forceful nonrespiratory maneuvers strengthen the diaphragm, four healthy subjects performed sit-ups and biceps curls 3-4 days/wk for 16 wk and fou...
متن کاملEffects of Concentric and Eccentric Strength Training on Electromyography Activity of the Knee Agonist –Antagonist Muscle
Purpose: An appropriate activity of the knee agonist -antagonist muscles is important to resist against abnormal abduction-adduction moments loads around knee joint and reduce the risk of knee injuries. Exercise training has been commonly used as an intervention to improve neuromuscular activity within the synergic and/or agonist-antagonist muscles. However, maximizing the effectiveness of exer...
